I am Shashank Dureddy in 9th grade. I am a volunteer recruiter. I applied for this role because I
enjoy meeting new people and helping organize events. Through my work with the Dallas
Mariamman Temple, I hope to develop an efficient system to manage and coordinate
volunteers. My goal is to make the process easier for both the volunteers and the event
organizers, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and successfully.

In the upcoming year, I plan to bring in new ideas to streamline volunteer sign-ups, improve communication, and create a more organized structure for assigning roles. By doing so, I hope to increase volunteer participation and make volunteering a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone.
